Our Premium Angus Beef Package A comes with 1 Bone-In Sirloin Steak, 1 Chuck Roast, and 5 packages of Ground Beef. Each package of Ground Beef weighs between 1- and 1.50 lbs priced at $8.00 per pound, all of our Roasts are $9 per pound approximately 3 lbs each, and our Steaks are 1 inch thick weighing about 1 lb.
